NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL MEETING
of
BRIARGROVE PARK PROPERTY OWNERS, INC.
Please take notice that the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Members of Briargrove Park Property Owners, Inc. (the “Association”), a Texas non-profit corporation, will be held virtually on March 21, 2023 at 7:00 pm via Zoom. THIS WILL NOT BE AN IN-PERSON MEETING. The meeting will be held for the following purpose:
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is for the Election of two (2) Directors – each for a three (3) year term. The Association received two (2) candidate names in response to the notice of solicitation of candidates distributed to the owners; therefore, resulting in an uncontested election. Pursuant to §209.0058(c) of the Texas Property Code, in a property owners’ association election, written and signed ballots are not required for uncontested races. As such, ballots are not required for the Election of Directors and Kaylan Caballero and Wendy Wall will be placed on the Board of Directors.
